During an interview with CBS’ 60 Minutes, U.S. Federal Prosecutor Michael Sherwin says that while Capitol protestors participating in the entry into the Capitol and engagement with Capitol Police have not yet been charged with sedition, he stated he believes “the facts do support those charges.”
