According to the Washingtohttps://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/supreme-court-tosses-pennsylvania-election-challenges-trumpn Examiner, the Supreme Court of the U.S. (SCOTUS) has tossed out several cases that were filed following the November 3, 2020 elections – including a key case filed in Pennsylvania. That case was quickly dismissed by Pennsylvania’s State Supreme Court and was awaiting a ruling from the Supreme Court.

“Justice Clarence Thomas dissented from the decision, writing that although too few ballots were affected by the new rules for it to make a difference, that may not always be the case, reported the Examiner.

Thomas argued that since it is clear that the Supreme Court is ill equipped to rule quickly following elections that the court should have taken the opportunity to review the case and make sure that future elections are not negatively impacted by what might be bad legislation that may not have the necessary precautions to ensure secure elections.
