Kash Patel, former Trump administration official, key Senate staffer and owner of The Daily Caller appeared on Maria Bartiromo’s news show yesterday to discuss the Department of Justice’s Special Prosecutor John Durham’s indictment of Hillary Clinton and DNC related lawyer Michael Sussman. He said in his opinion as a former prosecutor that an indictment “for lying to the FBI” would be about two to three pages, not the 27-page indictment that Durham’s team produced on Sussman. That he said is the size of an indictment you would expect to see in a “mob style conspiracy case or large scale fraud cases.”

“The one thing that doesn’t lie is bank records & money records and that’s what John Durham is basing his conspiracy investigation on, because he cited 8 other individuals in that indictment – not by name – but I believe it to be the Marc Elias’s of the world, the Fusion GPS’s of the world, Glen Simpson’s – all of these individuals that helped perpetuate this fraud on the American people are in this indictment by title.”
