America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) filed a complaint to halt the administration of Covid shots for children on June 10, 2021 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
AFLDS’ lawsuit seeks a temporary restraining order against the use of the Covid shots for children. The AFLDS lawsuit has a number of additional plaintiffs – including concerned parents, parents with vaccine-injured children and other caregivers. Deanna De Paoli, an attorney with the AFLDS Attorney Alliance. alleges that the issuance of the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) was invalid and ignored readily available and safe treatments for Covid.
The lawsuit names as defendants: Xavier Becerra, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, in his official and personal capacities; Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), in his official and personal capacities; Dr. Janet Woodcock, Acting Commissioner of the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and others.
